Terms of Sale

Last updated 11 September 2026

These terms govern the sale of access to the video programmes published on with-magnus.com. Please read them before you buy. By placing an order you accept them.

1. Who you are buying from

APPRENDRE EN 24 HEURES, société par actions simplifiée (SAS) with a share capital of 2,000 euros, registered office at 13 rue des hirondelles, 62710 Courrières, France, registered under SIREN 831 087 986, intra-community VAT number FR26831087986, represented by its President Rémi Trouville. Contact: contact@with-magnus.com. Full details are in our Legal Notice.

2. What you are buying

You are buying a personal right to stream one or more video programmes, together with the game files provided with them. Each product page states what the programme contains. Access is delivered online. Nothing is shipped to you.

Access is granted for as long as we publish the programme. We currently describe this as lifetime access, and we intend to keep the programmes available indefinitely. If we ever had to withdraw a programme permanently, we would give you at least ninety days notice by email so that you could watch it before it goes, and if the withdrawal happened within twelve months of your purchase we would refund you in proportion.

Your access is for you and for the people living in your household. You may not share your account outside your household, and you may not copy, download, record, redistribute, broadcast, resell or show the programmes in public.

3. Access codes

The site is reached through an access code given to you by one of our partners. The code identifies the partner who introduced you. It does not give you access to the programmes; only a purchase does. Codes remain our property and may be withdrawn if they are published openly or used in a way that damages the site.

4. Price and taxes

Prices are shown on the product pages in US dollars or in euros. You choose your currency on the site. The total amount you will be charged, including any tax that applies to your country of residence, is displayed before you confirm the order. No charge is ever made beyond the amount shown on that final screen.

We may change our prices at any time. The price that applies to your order is the one displayed when you place it.

5. Ordering and payment

You place an order by adding a programme to the basket and completing the checkout. The order becomes final when your payment is accepted. You must have an account, so that your purchases stay attached to you and you can watch them again later.

Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Limited. We never see or store your card number. If your payment is declined by Stripe or by your bank, the order does not go through.

We may refuse or cancel an order where there is a manifest pricing error, a suspicion of fraud, or an unpaid earlier order.

6. Delivery

Access opens as soon as your payment is accepted, normally within a minute. You will receive a confirmation email, and the programme appears under My Videos when you are signed in. If access has not opened within one hour, write to contact@with-magnus.com and we will sort it out.

You need an internet connection and a reasonably recent browser to watch. We do not guarantee that the programmes will play on every device or on every connection.

7. Right of withdrawal, and why it usually does not apply

If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, the law normally gives you fourteen days to change your mind about a distance purchase.

That right does not survive immediate delivery of digital content. Before you pay, you are asked to tick a box by which you ask us to open your access straight away and acknowledge that, once access is open, you lose your right of withdrawal. This is required by Article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code and by Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU. If you do not tick it, you keep your fourteen days, but your access does not open until they have passed.

Nothing here affects your legal guarantee of conformity. If the content you bought does not match what was described, or does not work as it should, contact us and we will repair it or refund you, under Articles L217-1 and following of the French Consumer Code.

8. Refunds

Our refund practice, including the cases where we refund even though we are not obliged to, is set out on the Refunds page, which forms part of these terms.

9. Our liability

We are liable for the damage that results from our failure to perform these terms, up to what could reasonably be foreseen when you placed your order. We do not limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that the law does not allow us to limit.

The programmes are teaching material. They describe how a world championship team prepared and how games were played. They do not promise any particular result in your own games.

10. Your account

Keep your password to yourself. Tell us if you think someone else is using your account. We may suspend an account that is shared outside a household, used to copy or redistribute the programmes, or used to abuse the site.

11. Personal data

How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Complaints and mediation

Write to contact@with-magnus.com first. We answer every complaint, and most things are settled that way.

If you are a consumer resident in France and we have not settled it between us, you may refer the matter free of charge to a consumer mediator. The details of the mediation body we are registered with are given below and will also be provided in our reply to your complaint.

To be completed before opening to the public. Registration with a consumer mediation body is compulsory in France for selling to consumers, and the body actually chosen must be named here.

13. Governing law and courts

These terms are governed by French law.

If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings before the courts of that country or before the French courts, as you prefer.

If you are buying in the course of a business, any dispute falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Arras, France.

14. Changes

We may change these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it. The date at the top tells you when this version was published.
