This policy explains what we do with your personal information when you use with-magnus.com. It covers the General Data Protection Regulation for visitors in Europe and the state privacy laws that apply to visitors in the United States.

Who else sees your data
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We pass it only to the suppliers who make the service work:
- Stripe, to take payments;
- o2switch, in France, which hosts the site;
- Vimeo, in the United States, which delivers the video;
- our email provider, to send order confirmations and account messages;
- our accountant and, where the law requires it, the tax authorities.
Where a supplier is outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is covered by the European Commission standard contractual clauses or by an adequacy decision.

These cookies are needed for the site to do what you asked of it, so they do not require your consent. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we will ask you first.
Your rights in Europe and the United Kingdom
You may ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to limit what we do with it, object to processing based on our legitimate interest, and ask for your data in a portable form. Write to contact@with-magnus.com. We answer within one month.
Some data we must keep even if you ask us to delete it, in particular invoices, which French law requires us to hold for ten years.
If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr), or to the authority in the country where you live.
Your rights in the United States
If you live in California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas or another state with a comparable law, you may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it. You may also appeal a decision we make about such a request, by replying to our answer.
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, as those terms are defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act. We do not use it to profile you for decisions that produce legal effects. We will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.
To make a request, write to contact@with-magnus.com. We may need to confirm your identity before we act, normally by checking that you control the email address on the account.
Children
This site is meant for adults, and you must be old enough to enter a contract to buy. We do not knowingly collect information from children under sixteen in Europe or under thirteen in the United States. If you believe a child has given us their information, write to us and we will remove it.
Security
The site runs over an encrypted connection. Passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text. Card numbers never reach our servers. Access to the administration of the site is limited to the people who need it.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will say so on the site and, where the change concerns something you have already given us, by email.
