Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

This Affiliate Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between APPRENDRE EN 24 HEURES, a French société par actions simplifiée with a share capital of 2,000 euros, having its registered office at 13 rue des hirondelles, 62710 Courrières, France, registered under SIREN number 831 087 986, intra-community VAT number FR26831087986, represented by its President Rémi Trouville (hereinafter “Company”), and you, the applicant (hereinafter “Partner”).

By registering for the “Inside the Room” Affiliate Program, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. Object of the Agreement

The Company grants the Partner a non-exclusive, revocable right to market and promote the digital video content “Inside the Room” (the “Products”) to their audience via a unique tracking link. In exchange for successful referrals, the Company agrees to pay commissions as defined in Section 3.

2. Partner Obligations & Ethics

2.1. Brand Protection

The Partner agrees to promote the Products with integrity. The Partner shall not:

Make false or misleading claims about the content or GM Magnus Carlsen / GM Laurent Fressinet.
Use the tracking link on sites containing adult content, violence, or illegal activities.
Bid on branded keywords (e.g., “Inside the Room”, “Magnus Carlsen Course”) in Pay-Per-Click campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) without written permission.
Spam or harass users via email or social media DM.

2.2. Legal Status

The Partner warrants that they are at least 18 years of age and act as a professional entity (Freelancer, Sole Proprietorship, Company) capable of issuing legal invoices.

3. Commissions & Payments

3.1. Commission Rate

The standard commission rate is 40% of the Net Sales Amount (Price paid by customer minus VAT/Taxes and fees).

            Introduction bonus paid to a third party. Where another partner introduced you to the Company, that partner receives an introduction bonus from the Company. This bonus is paid by the Company out of its own margin. It is never deducted from your commission, which remains 40% of the Net Sales Amount in full.
        

3.2. Payment Schedule & Invoicing

IMPORTANT: Payments are made via Bank Transfer (Wire).

Threshold: Payouts are triggered when unpaid commissions exceed $100 (Quarterly) or $500 (Monthly).
Validation Period: Commissions are approved 30 days after the sale to account for the customer refund policy.
Invoicing: The Partner must generate an invoice addressed to “APPRENDRE EN 24 HEURES” to release payment. The Company cannot legally pay individuals who cannot issue invoices.

4. Tracking & Attribution

Tracking is based on a 60-day cookie. The “Last Click” attribution model applies: the last partner link clicked by the customer before purchase gets the commission. The Company is not responsible for tracking failures caused by the user’s browser settings (e.g., ad blockers, cookie rejection).

5. Intellectual Property

The Company grants the Partner a limited license to use the provided marketing assets (trailers, images, banners) solely for the purpose of promoting the Products. The Partner may not modify the video content or claim ownership of the “Inside the Room” trademark.

6. Termination

6.1. Termination by the Partner

You may leave at any time, without notice and without giving a reason, by writing to contact@with-magnus.com. Your access code is deactivated on receipt. Commissions confirmed before that date remain payable.

6.2. Termination by the Company

The Company undertakes not to terminate this Agreement for convenience during the first twenty-four (24) months. Beyond that period, thirty (30) days written notice applies.

6.3. Termination for cause, at any time

By exception to 6.2, and including within the first twenty-four months, the account is closed without notice in the event of a false claim concerning Magnus Carlsen, a statement attributed to Laurent Fressinet that he did not make, fraud such as a purchase through your own link, unsolicited bulk messaging, or any conduct damaging to the reputation of the Company, of Laurent Fressinet or of the Products. In those cases, commissions not yet paid are forfeited.

6.4. Discontinuation of the Products and force majeure

            The Company gives no undertaking as to the continued availability of the Products. It may at any time, without this constituting a breach, cease to market all or part of the Products, close the site, withdraw a programme, or amend its catalogue and prices. The same applies in the event of force majeure within the meaning of article 1218 of the French Civil Code, or of the termination for any reason of the licence held by the Company over the content. In those situations this Agreement ends automatically, without notice and without compensation or indemnity of any kind. Commissions confirmed before that date remain payable, and article 6.2 does not apply.
        

7. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of France. Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Arras, France.
